You should have at least 9 steps and 4 Presidential options. Note the site listed above only describes 3 of the 4 options the President has for a bill. The 4th option is a "soft pass" where if the bill sits on the President's desk for 10 days and Congress is IN session then the bill passes. Use the U.S. Constitution in your textbook to complete the first six questions under the heading "Constitution and Congress." Then, use the Internet to identify your Congress members under the heading "Congressional Hunt". Pay particular attention to your U.S. Senators and Representative - it will be on your test. Complete the following guided reading that covers:
